Amazing view of the Mont Blanc Massif
Paul was the lucky Cotswold Comp winner from last autumn, part of the great prize was 5 days in the hills with yours truly. Paul was generous enough to bring one of his buddies along as well hence the 3 of us.
Kicking the week off I got sunburnt while Paul and Dave showed me their bum sliding skills as we came off the Aig Crouche. It was an amazing hot day with temps almost up to a scorching 40 degrees!!

Tuesday saw a quick hit to Italian and fine coffee and the traverse of the Entreves. Both the lads did a great job on the route and also the walk there and back.....effort lads!!!!
Today was something very different. Some good friends are in Chamonix and their two oldest children Henry (6) and Florence (4) were booked in to go Paragliding. This sounded pretty cool so I went along to watch. Unfortunately the winds were all wrong but the kids got to look pretty extreme with the kit on!!.

Tomorrow looks like it will be another red hot day, but Paul, Dave, and myself will be putting the cream on and looking to bag another summit!!!
