Writing on behalf of Kenton and Nick:
They are both back at Base Camp safe and well. They currently cannot charge anything so are unable to write a blog or send emails. They got back yesterday afternoon, both disappointed having not reached the summit of Kalanka but by all accounts they have had quite an ordeal. They spent 4 or 5 nights (they cant remember) on the face and the conditions were horrendous. No doubt they will tell us more when they can but everything is still intact, no frostbite and no injuries, just sunburnt and hungry.
The plan is to leave Base Camp in the next 2 or 3 days and to travel back to Josimath where they should be able to power up and get the comms working. That should be within the next 5 days.
