forecast team back in the Alps and it turns out they were spot on.
Kenton, Omar, & Greg summited this a.m. in what can only be described
as a morning blessed by the mother goddess herself. The sun crept up
the valley after a clear and star -filled night and for the first time
in six weeks looking down valley not a single cloud appeared. Beau
temps conditions from base camp to summit.
Kenton hung out enjoying the windless summit views for nearly an hour.
Greg shortly behind & Omar following. Tori & Ben supported here from
base camp where they may aim for a return up high later in the month.
